For adults and children aged 15 or over. The course is taught in Finnish and English. Most of the exercises can be adapted so the course is suitable for all fitness levels, from lower activity levels to those who exercise regularly. Various mobility limitations can also be taken into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Price is 150\u20ac, which includes the training fee, belt exam fee (worth 25\u20ac), and free training sessions until the end of April (worth approx. 60\u20ac).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
